New $500 dates are released near the end of each month for the following month. Your spot is secured once payment is received.

Ask a questionDo I have to know exactly what I need before I book?
No. If you know something is not working but are unsure what to fix first, that is part of the process. I’ll review what you send and identify where the day can have the greatest impact.
Is the Reset Day in person or remote?
Either. Many projects can be completed remotely by video call, messaging or focused independent work. Retail displays, workspace consultations and some business projects may benefit from an on-site visit, subject to location and availability.
Can you completely redesign my logo or website in five hours?
Minor logo refinements, vectorizing an existing logo, website reviews and manageable updates can usually be included. A complete identity, major logo redesign or full website build needs a separate scope and quote.
What if we don’t finish everything on my list?
We’ll prioritize before we begin and complete as much as possible in the five dedicated hours. You’ll leave with a summary of what was finished, what still needs attention and the smartest next steps. Additional work can be quoted separately.
Does this include ongoing social media management?
No. Your day can include a social presence review, content ideas, reusable templates and a basic one-month plan. Ongoing content creation, scheduling, posting, engagement and account management are separate services.
Is there a travel fee for on-site work?
Travel within 20 km of Picalily Design in Stayner, Ontario is included. Beyond that, the fee is $1 per kilometre for the additional round-trip distance. Your five hours begin when I arrive, so travel time is not taken from your session.
Can I pay in instalments?
Flexible payment options such as Klarna and Afterpay may be available at checkout, subject to eligibility. Your date is secured once the booking payment is complete.
What is the cancellation or rescheduling policy?
Because only five Reset Days are reserved each month, payments are non-refundable. With at least 72 hours’ notice, you may transfer the booking once to another available Reset Day or to another business. Late cancellations or changes may forfeit the session.
